Hello, my name is Alex Graves, I attended Paul Mitchell, the school of cosmetology in 2012. I am passionate about updos, styling, cutting and braiding. After attending Paul Mitchell, I have taken many advanced classes that include cutting, coloring, extensions, styling, makeup and lash extensions. I also went back to school to get license in chemical peels and micro dermabrasions. I started my career working with Mike Con the photographer at Pro Studios doing hair and make up for the photoshoots. During that time, I worked at Ulta beauty as a hairstylist and quickly moved up to a senior stylist and then was promoted as the makeup manager and trainer. I worked there for 4 1/2 years. I pursued my editorial career and worked with many photographers, fashion designers, and runway shows. I have also worked backstage for Denver Fashion Week. Once I left Ulta beauty, I got hired on with I Do Beauty boutique and became a wedding specialist. I worked with I Do Beauty for 8 years as a bridal hair and make up artist.

I went onto working at Swank Salon and became a master stylist doing cuts and color. I have currently owned  my salon Raw Beauty for 2 1/2 years.

I am extremely passionate about what I do, and being as artistic as I can.   I love how my career is very versatile and how I have had many  opportunities to be artistic.
